We’ve designed our practice in a rustic Southwest style with large bright windows that give an open, airy feel to our office. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by Cindy who will offer you a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig or a bottle of chilled water from the fridge in our reception area.
Convenient, Accessible Location
Our wheelchair-accessible office is located on the Greenway in Phoenix near the Banner Health Building and just west of Walgreens.
Appointment Scheduling
Please call our main number at 602-835-1304, and our receptionist Cindy will help you arrange a convenient appointment. We are pleased to offer early morning appointments two days a week to accommodate your work or school schedule.
Monday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: By Appointment Only
